I'm Mia, founder of Deluxe Beauty Co. I've been in the beauty industry since 2017 - starting as a makeup artist, moving into lash extensions and eventually building my expertise in Korean lash lifts and brow services. I run a fully booked studio on the Gold Coast and I built my education and mentorship business the same way I built everything else: by figuring out what actually works, not just what sounds good in theory. I mentor beauty artists who are ready to stop guessing and start growing. Whether that's landing your first clients, fixing a business that feels stuck or building the confidence to charge what you're actually worth. No fluff, no generic advice. Just real strategy, tailored to where you're at and where you want to go.
